		Akodo Hideaki - Clan Champion A young proud man ready to restore his clan to greatness. He is short for men his age but he makes up for that in cunning and intelligence. While a competent warrior, his greatness lies on the field and has much promise to surpass the great Akodo Kage. It is said when he does lose that he harbors a grudge and vows to repay it with interest.
		Matsu Hotaru A striking young woman of beauty and undominatable spirit. As a Matsu Deathseeker she is a forced to be reckoned with on the field but she's a greater force in court. Her sword may be sharp but her tongue is sharper. She favors attending court in full makeup, face painted white as is the Deathseeker custom, as much for the intimidation it brings to the bargaining table as it does her own personal amusement.
		Kitsu Ryota Another young Lion coming of age to serve his clan and Emperor as a Shugenja. He is rather stocky and well built for a man of his calling which he puts to good use on the fields of battle. Out of the promising new Lion personages he is the most calm and it is often remarked that he lacks that spark that most Lion have. However if pushed to far his anger is a match for any Lion's.
		Akodo Shichiro Yet another Lion Bushi looking no more a man than a boy just having recently completed his Gempukku. Full of eagerness and pride to prove himself to his Clan. He has answered his Lord's call and is ready to lay his young life down for the Empire.
